Your Impact

Are you a strategic thinker, highly organized, and adept at building relationships? If so, our Account Supervisor role might be the perfect fit for you. As an integral part of our team, you will serve as a strategic consultant for our clients, reporting to the Senior Account Director. Your primary responsibility will be successfully managing accounts, while also contributing to the overall coordination of cross-functional teams to achieve client goals. You'll play a key role in assessing client business needs, providing strategic guidance, aligning internal teams with business objectives, and surpassing client expectations.

What Success Looks Like

  • Account Management: Skillful orchestration of account activities, proactive problem-solving, and strategic client engagement leads to increase client satisfaction, successful project outcomes, and long-term client partnerships.

  • Proactive Value & Business Growth: Proactively adding value by finding both new project and campaign extension opportunities within client organizations, leading to business growth, expanded scopes, increased client retention, and showcasing our commitment to client success.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Meeting Participation: Collaborating across departments to ensure timely completion of work within approved budgets results in cohesive teamwork and successful project outcomes. Ensure alignment with agency, project, and client goals through active participation and clear communication in both internal and client meetings.

  • Digital Ecosystem Expertise and Advocacy: Leveraging a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, advocating for agency and client success generates strategic alignment and positive outcomes.

  • Budget Management: Seamlessly managing a diverse portfolio of clients, proactively managing budgets resulting in project financial stability, successful project performance, and high client satisfaction.

  • Client Meetings and Strategy Presentations: Captivating clients in meetings and assisting in the development of strategic client presentations enhances client confidence, satisfaction, and ensures successful collaboration.

  • Project Support: Coordinating with project managers and production teams to establish project milestones, ensuring project structure and inclusions align with both agency and client need.

  • Quality Assurance and Client Liaison: Performing final QA on major deliverables to ensure high-quality work delivered to spec, enhancing client satisfaction while serving as an internal and client liaison to foster open communication and strengthen relationships.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Utilizing keen problem-solving instincts and adapting to a dynamic environment which contribute to effective workflow management, handling multiple priorities, and achieving high-quality work with rapid turnaround times.

What You Bring to the Table

Our ideal candidate will understand how to work closely with various departments and clients, acting as an advocate for both the agency and client. You will have full management responsibilities of ensuring client success as well as the growth and quality of our client relationships. 

  • At least 5 years of digital agency experience in managing client relationships required

  • Solid understanding of account and project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and run team meetings

  • Proven track record in prioritizing a heavy workload

  • Able to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimum supervision

  • Superb written and communications skills

  • Professional, friendly demeanor with extremely strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience

  • Positive, professional team-player

  • Proven knowledge of the digital ecosystem across the entire advertising landscape (paid, earned, owned media, social, mobile, user experience, web development, analytics, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

Compensation is determined by years of experience and proven previous success in this role, level of expertise in the skills needed to perform this role at the highest level and cost of living in your area of residency. Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000
